get an 8350. The 9590 is a joke and impossible to keep stable and at reasonable temps. AMD made it as a retort to a sort of "you won't" dare. It's bad, just get an 8350 instead.

Change the PSU to an antec, XFX, Seasonic.

Everything else looks good to go.

Do not by an FX 9590, they are simply not worth the cost. This would be much better, and draw less electricity doing so.

i thought i7 weren't good for gaming also is the second one better as that would be great im a bit of a noob lol

An i7 is just fine for gaming, especially when you plan on doing recording. The second one would still be better than FX. The 1230v3 is basically an i7 4770 without the integrated graphics, that you won't be using anyway.
