Computer Performance werry slow after resetting CMOS

Are you saying the computer was operational, and after the CMOS reset, it is no longer booting? What exactly is the issue you are having?
Depending on your answer, you can look for "Load Optimized Settings or Default Settings" in the BIOS. If Windows has yet to be installed, be sure the storage mode is set to ACHI, and not IDE or Legacy.

It was operational before CMOS reset, but now when I want to install windows - in that process every window needs 30+min to load maybe even more (well i waited 30 mins and then i gave up because it was taking too long)
(example:
In the first Windows instalation window that shows i click Next and it needs 30+mins to load next window, etc)
And where can i see if the storage mode is on ACHI or IDE.. (Biostar motherboard, (I didnt find anything saying ACHI or IDE)...)

OK, so you've installed Windows before, and it didn't take this long. Why did you reset the CMOS and decide to re-install Windows in the first place?
That particular setting is usually located under Storage, Drive, or RAID options. You may want to look up a guide for your model of motherboard, for optimal settings.
Also, how are you installing Windows? USB or DVD? If you're using DVD, try doing it from USB.
