Anyone got any suggestions for a good intel build for 600$ looking for gaming, at 60 frames on highest setting would be nice.
I Already got the hard drive and OS so thats 160$ saved

If you are a little flexible on the budget you can combine the two builds. The first build sacrifices two CPU cores for a better video card and a nicer power supply. The Pentium can be overclocked and is quite powerful in that regard, but you would need a better cpu cooler to pull that off. Nicer case too.
