expect his graphic card

LG Flatron 19 inch(1440x768)
so what do you think?

That msi 260 will do the job mate - more powerful than the old 7770 cards anyway - at his monitor res he should be able to game at decent settings IMO.

Unless he is going to get a larger resolution monitor, I wouldn't get anything more powerful than this:

That is overkill for his current monitor, but an amazing deal. Would be a good card at 1080p too. It'll depend on when he buys what video card AT THAT MOMENT that I would recommend.
