I linked that Power Supply Tier Listing for a reason. As I said in your other thread, that both are Tier 2A power supplies and you could go either way. If they both cost the same, then I'd leave it to a coin toss. Otherwise, go with the less expensive one.

There's about the same far as reliability. You can't go wrong with either one, but I would get the Seasonic myself.

I too would go with the Seasonic. They are all I use and have yet to ever cause an issue.
