So I'm putting in a Seasonic SSR 650RM power supply into a Corsair 400R case and the cable to the CPU power is too short to route behind the motherboard and still connect. I can't route it in front of the motherboard either with the graphics card in.
There is another cable in the accessories bag however that says PSU on one end and CPU on the other and is slightly longer that plugs into the PSU. Its a much different looking cable though and the manual for this thing literally tells you nothing about anything. Pretty terrible. Can I use this instead of the standard CPU power connector? Or do I have to buy an extension and wait for that before I can finish this up?
