NEED HELP! D: no audio output etc from HDMI graphics card

Hi everyone, just recently upgraded an old (ish) computer to windows 7 Extensa E series
and ive transferred my graphics card into it, Nvidia geforce gt 340, and it works kinda

There is video output but there is no audio output through HDMI connection nor are the drivers working, it installs them, recognises the graphics card but wont let me use my proper screen resolution, no audio device in playback under hidden/disabled devices or nothing,

please help me as i need to get back to work on it asap

I would try uninstalling and then reinstalling the graphics card driver. I would also remove the graphics card and reseat it into the PCI Express slot. I would then check all connections from the power supply as well as all additional cables and then reboot, which should then be followed by a retest. If you have a spare HDMI cable to try, then try that as well if the first plan doesn't work.

which motherboard are you using? Is the Audio enabled in the Bios now you have this card installed? are the ports all clean, no dust etc..
