Which GTX 970 version should I buy?

I'm having trouble deciding which 970 to buy, the MSI Gaming, the Gigabyte G1 or the ASUS Strix? Please take silence and power consumption under consideration.

I'd go the Asus, that's the one I was going to get but went ahead and jumped to the Asus 980 Strix for my Z97, am planning another Z97 for my shop and will prob go with the 970 on that build
