GTX series comparison

hey guys,
what m gonna ask u is may b a simple question but for me its like a nuclear blasting going on in my brain.
so here's it. which GTX card is better GTX 680, GTX680 TI, GTX 770, GTX 760, GTX 760 TI. ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS ARE APPRECIABLE. and one more thing what about Asus striker GTX 760 4GDR5 ?

First of all there is no GTX 680 Ti or 760 Ti model, at least as far as I know. Give us more specs on your machine in order to give you better advise.

Their really no reason to get a 4gb 760 the 2gb is cheaper unless your going for 2 cards in SLI.
For the money look at the new GTX 970 its 4gb and will outperform every card you listed.

Yes I can back up his claim I have a 970 too and it's awesome it outperforms all the other cards you mentioned.

what pcie power cables do it needs ? like some cards need 8 pin pcie power cables. and does it work fine with 500w PSU ?

It needs an 8-pin and 6-pin pci-e connector. It could work with a 500 watt PSU but it's better if you have 550 to be on the safe side. What PSU do u currently have?

Buy any 500-600 watt PSU from Seasonic/Superflower/Antec/XFX and get either the GTX 760 or AMD R9 270X/280X (price dropped dramatically).

gtx 760 ? what about gtx 970 now ?
i was looking for asus gtx 770 or 780 but u said gtx 970 is much better than them. and now u r dropped to 760 ?

Depends on your budget. If you have close to £300 to spend get the GTX 970 it outperforms all the cards you mentioned. If you want something that's cheap and powerful get the gpu's I mentioned above.

Had the same problem here in the UK, personally I think everyone realized how kick ass of a card it is and due to the very low power consumption and smart features everybody goes out and buys one, its like a viral infection(everyone gets one sooner or later). Just kidding

In my humble opinion just preorder the MSI one, instead of getting an EVGA and you'll thank me for it later. If you can spend some more cash get the ASUS STRIX model it's the best of the two. Otherwise if you can't wait get a Gigabyte or Zotac model(5 year guarantee).

every model is on pre order even EVGA says i have to wait for 2-3 weeks even if i order it right now... now should i wait for msi to get back in stock ? i live in India and i have to order it on international shipping. in India its not yet available and it will costs around Rs.30,000 umm around $490 lol.
