Hello. I was thinking about upgrading my processor to an Intel Pentium g3258, but to save money I want to see what motherboard I have and see if it is compatible. So I used speccy to see what motherboard I have, and all this stuff comes up and I have no idea what it means. What is the name of this motherboard and what is the chipset? I already typed in Intel 0xfwhv on Google and nothing really comes up for it. I am not sure what is the chipset so I could put it in on the Intel Compatability Tool and find the motherboard. Thanks and I hope you can help.

Oh and I hope the picture shows up if it didn't then please tell me.

I have another question... So the only way cpu and motherboard are compatible is by the number of pins and nothing else? Because if it is then this could be much easier....

Just look at their socket . The processor and the motherboard must be of the same socket . Second : the motherboard must really support the processor by setting the right voltage (A and Watts)and frequience . This could be checked from the CPU support list
