How do I factory reset from command prompt?

My computer is having tons of problems even though I just built a few days ago. It has been fine until today and everything I have tried hasn't worked. How do I factory reset from command prompt because I can't get into the computer past the "choose an option".

With a custom built PC, there is no 'factory reset' partition or function.
How did the OS get on there in the first place?
You installed it? Do that again. But only after you figure out what the actual problem is.

What do you mean by 'tons of problems'?

This morning it started updating windows I don't know why but it did. I left it there when I went to school and I got home and went to record a video so I booted it up and it brought me to the "choose an option" I tried repairing and it kept going in a loop, so I went to the refresh and accidentally formatted HDD because it wouldn't let me choose it. Now it won't even let me put in my windows code when I go to refresh or restart. It says it is not valid.

Also when I go to the BIOS settings and to try and re-install it freezes.
