was watching an online educational vidoe, turned system off went back rebooted and Can't display video monitor was on the black screen. What happened and how to fix

Solution
I would open the case, take the graphics card out of it, Reseat the graphics card into the PCI Express slot, and then recheck all connections.

If it is onboard integrated graphics, I would unplug the connection connecting the monitor to the computer, and then replug it in. I would check all cables and connections, and then we can go from there if that does not fix it.
