The best is GTX 970 . It is the fastest of the three cards and has 4GB VRAM

I would go with the ASUS Poseidon GTX 780. It is is neck-in-neck with the 970 in benchmarks. Even though it has less memory, it has a significantly larger bandwidth, twice as many CUDA cores than the GTX 760, over 60% more CUDA cores than the 970, supports DirectX 11.2, has more texture mapping units and unified shaders, and also has a built in water block. Here is a comparison of the specs:
