So my PC says it's connected to the internet, but there's a network that says "no internet access". On top of that it kills my connection because it switches while your doing something mid-work. Anyway, please help. I keep getting in trouble with my boss about it.

Solution
In the network and sharing center in Windows 7 control panel you can see your active networks. If you are sure that you don't need the connection you can simply click on it and disable it.
