Asus z87 pro, error 99. What else to try??

Asus z87 pro doesn't boot, doesn't beep, shows error 99. LEDs run thru all mobo and stuck at boot device.
I have tried new PSU, new CPU (old and new are both 4770k), new corsair 2x4gb RAM, different memory slots, removed video card and hard drives. Same error 99. Removed mobo battery, switched jumpers.. Same error 99 and red Led on bood_device. Motherboard powers on, resets one time, runs numbers and stops at 99.
Any ideas?

Thanks. It is what I do with no luck. Error 99 drives me mad.

Try resetting the CMOS via the mobo jumper

I did that too...
Switched CMOS jumper from 1&2 to 2&3 and back with battery on board, just in case repeated the process without the battery, still same.

I'd strip it down, mobo, CPU, cooler, 1 stick of DRAM and then go from there

It's PSU, mobo, CPU and fan. Gives error 53 - no Ram. I put ram in (one or two sticks, in different slot combinations) - mobo restarts and shows 99.

Try with a single stick in slot 1 and then also try it in slot 2 - if no joy try a different stick of DRAM - if same - nothing then sounds like a bad mobo or CPU (or badly seated CPU or bent pins in there)
