Check video game benchmarks not synthetic ones from Passmark. Numbers on paper don't mean as much. Check out real world performance figures.

Here I am providing real-world game benchmarks from two recenty released games that are quite demanding:

Ryse Son of Rome:

760 is better of course. Avoid getting one from EVGA, Try MSI or Asus they make higher quality components and cooling and are more quiet. Try and find a deal for 760 from an online retailer.

The 760 is more efficient on power, less noisy, and puts out less heat than the 600 series of cards. And in todays games, More vRAM is definitely helpful now that some demanding games are pulling more than 2GB of vRAM easily, especially at higher resolutions with extra details. The 760 is also a faster card than the 660.

If it were my money, I would suggest the 760 over the 660.
