Windows 8.1 Doubts

Hello

I have a copy of windows 8.1 and i installed it yesterday. But my windows 8.1 is different from others. I don't have some options. Please clarify the doubts. For example

But others have windows 8.1 like this

Please explain me, i am confused. I even updated the os with these updates

So what is the problem?

You need to access the charm bar in the Start Screen to access that menu. It will not show up when on the desktop. I've tested this multiple times on my machine and it is very consistent.

Desktop -> Charm Bar -> Settings -> Results in the top selection showing.
Start Screen -> Charm Bar -> Settings -> Results in the Bottom Selection showing
(Selection refers to the screen shots shown above)

Access it from within the Start Screen and you will...

The first picture would be the charm bars settings menu from the desktop display the second is the charm bar settings window when the windows 8 menu is displayed. There is no issue this is what is shown on my Windows 8.1 system.

hello guys, i cannot personalize the settings. You see the first pic there is only personalization and in second it is personalize. The second pic option personalize has many designs to change but the first pic personalization goes to wallpaper changing

what you have in your windows 8.1

Mine looks just like yours at the top. It's possible that those extra links were added with one of the updates.
