GTS 450 1gb
4gb ram
-cant find my motherboard-
I need to upgrade from the AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 215 Processor and I need to know what i can upgrade from, Im looking for anything better becuase im being bottlenecked pretty bad here.

Upgrade the CPU 1st. I'm pretty sure you can handle the AMD Athlon X4 965.

Just did a bit of research and found out that your Mobo has an am2+ socket. you could probably get a Phenom quad as long as it has a 95w TDP.
