I got a new motherboard a while ago and when Windows asked me to activate it, I simply closed out of it every time. Well, it's gotten to me so I wanna finally activate it. I have some Windows keys, but I don't want to lose all of my stuff.
Does activating Windows delete all of my stuff? If it does, is there a way I can do it so I keep my data?
P.S. I just upgraded to Windows 8.1 today. Not sure if that helps, but just in case it does.
