Hi guys,

I hope you can help me with this problem. This is really weird. I can't access my website (bangkokluxeproperty.com) in my home network but I can access it in another network. it's really frustrating since I can't send and receive emails at the same time (info@bangkokluxeproperty.com, it@bangkokluxeproperty.com, etc). gmail and every other emails are working. What makes it more weird is when I restart my router, I can access my website and email for like 20-40mins then I can't access again.

Here are some other options to access my website after 20-40mins (this does not fix the email) :
use ninjacloak or another proxy bypass
adding www. on it
go out and use another computer :(

I already tried to call my internet provider. They already came here 5 times and they can't fix it. They changed the router but the problem is still there. I haven't encounter this kind of problem before in the same network i'm using now. Is this a sort of a virus? or firewall settings? or proxy settings? I also tried to google it but I can't find any solution. Please help me.

Thanks a lot

It is likely a result of how NAT works. When you are on the inside networks you have to use the inside address rather than the public address. The router needs special support. If you want to read about this look for nat and hairpin.

Best option is to add a entry in the host file on your machine mapping the url to the internal address.
