I've been having alot of problems lately with my drivers or which I'm slightly starting to think it's my GPU but anyways, I've tried drivers 13.12, 14.4, and 14.9. I've installed all of them and they all always make my games crash or have a black screen when playing. MY GPU is a Sapphire HD 7950 with the FX-4300(Yes, I know I'm being bottlenecked and I am planning to upgrade soon). The best one out of the three is 14.4. I can play for longer periods of time(15 min max) before crashing on DayZ Standalone leading me to "Task Manager" and "End Task" the game. On Battlefield 3 it just gives a message saying something like "Error Driver 14.4" and on America's Army: Provng Grounds Beta I just get a black screen for around 10 seconds and I am then able to play fine again. I have tried many of these drivers countless times besides 13.12(only once and by the time you read this maybe twice) and tried a couple of methods to uninstall the drivers completely such as: normally deleting AMD Catalyst through Program Features and then installing the next driver, uninstalling the drivers through Program Features then using AMD CleanUp Utility and then installing the next drivers, uninstall drivers completely while "changing" it in program features then installing the next drivers, and lastly uninstalling the drivers completely while "changing" it then use AMD CleanUp Utility and then installing the next driver. The same thing always happens with the games and my screen doesn't fit my monitor completely leaving a HUGE black outline between the display and the monitor. What am I doing wrong? Can my GPU be faulty? Should I wait until AMD releases the next set of drivers? Please help me!

AMD FX-4300 3.8GHz

It's not any of your hardware's fault man. AMD has been really bad with their 14.0+ drivers. You also aren't the only one having this problem. The only thing we can do now is wait till a new update comes out hoping that they don't screw up.

Do you have any clue when they might release a new update? I've been dying to play long sessions in games but I always get 2-15 minutes of enjoyment :/

I haven't got a clue. I was just talking to an AMD Rep from this website not too long ago and he did reassure me that they are aware of the problems and that they are working on a new update. He hasn't told me when the new update will be live, but I really hope it's very soon!
