I think you can do better for a the money , but to help you we need to know a little more about what you want to achieve and why

Your build works , but perhaps its not ideal for the OP's purpose

200W is the card . . 84W the CPU . MSI recommend 500W PSU . pcpartpicker estimates the watts at 383W . No problem . i picked Z mobo , in order to use faster RAM.
