Purpose for light gaming or running more demanding games are low settings. Low framerates are acceptable(20-30).

Performance isn't an issue and it will be used mainly for a server and for running alt accounts for various games.

Also the ability to house a dvd/blue ray player would be convenient for future HTPC use, but isn't necessary and isn't the primary function at this time.

Preferably ITX or mATX,

Preferable low wattage so running inside a closed space with limit ventilation would be an option, but this isn't a requirement.

wireless adapter isn't needed,

I would say that the 8 GB ram isn't needed either.
