Suggestions or comments on build

Hey guys,
Does anyone have any suggestions/comments/improvements for this gaming rig I'm building?

Also, if someone could suggest a name for the rig (it is all red and black themed) that would be great.

Specs:
Processor - Intel Core i5 4690k

CPU Cooler - NZXT Kraken x61

Motherboard - Asus Z97 MAXIMUS VII Hero

RAM - Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB

SSD - Samsung 840 EVO 250GB

Graphics Card - Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970

Power Supply - EVGA SuperNOVA 850w G2 Gold

Case - NZXT H440

Any comments are appreciated

You should pair it with ASUS Strix or MSI for red and black theme.

I would recommend to get parts with same brand, e.g. MSI GPU and Mobo and call it the DRAGON.

ASUS CPU and MOBO and call it the Strix.

I was under the impression (so are many of the people I have talked to) that the Gigabyte has the best performance. Thanks for linking the article

The Gigabyte is one of the better 970 cards. But, the other cards will look better in a black/red theme.

The MSI or Asus strix (For your colour theme I think MSI would work better) will work just as well as the gigabyte, the difference is literally 1-2 frames.

The Gigabyte version cools somewhat better according to Guru3d's review of them.

The Gigabyte cools better because it has 3 fans and oversized heat sink but it does not mean that other brands that not cools at all.

If you go with gigabyte then maybe you can change your theme into all black, or black with white.
