I was watching a video online, and my laptop became unresponsive. I had to force close but switching it off because I was at work. Then when i turns it on Dell startup logo followed by windows startup logo display then only screensaver instead of choosiung the user/ enter password. i have already tried ctrl+alt+del does not work
after windows start up logo only screensaver displays
