Initially, I typed 192.168.1.1, entered username and password and went to the "Access Control" of "Management" section. i typed the ip address of vk.com and clicked save button thinking that vk.com will get blocked. The page got refreshed and its appearance changed (the font and all). Then I checked the 'disable' radio button.Suddenly the page showed "This webpage is not available". I'm able to browse the net satisfactorily and vk.com is not blocked, but now whenever I type 192.168.1.1 it shows the webpage is unavailable and "The connection to 192.168.1.1 was interrupted." Please help me regain access to the router. My OS is Windows 7. I also tried rebooting the router and connecting my pc to the modem with a cable but no result. Please help me..

Do a factory reset of the router. Not just a reboot, check the manual how do do a full factory reset.
You will need to go in and setup your WiFi password again as well as re-do the security settings for blocking sites.
