Which PSU will be sufficient for a i7 4770k , GTX 770 4 GB , 8 GB RAM and 1 TB HDD

Any good quality 650 watt PSU would be fine go for brands like seasonic, xfx, rosewill capstone, antec high current gamer.

EVGA SuperNOVA 750G2 is a very good power supply as well. Their G2 series are made by Super Flower themselves and are very good.

Almost if not the same price as mentioned by the guy above, but with 750W power and better than most of them too.

Overkill or not, why not get something better if it's the same price as what you've mentioned?

Also, you can see from JohnnyGuru's website that they reviewed the SuperNOVA 750G2 and 850G2 which scored almost perfectly across the board. Here is the proof [link]

I know about evga g2 PSU i use it myself its made by super flower same as rosewill capstone you can say that evga g2 are cheap yet good.

The OP did not supply a lot of information. Perhaps something smaller and cheaper would be right for them. The word sufficient was used and, to me, that means good enough, not gold plated, belt and braces.

Having a good 750W power supply would give him headroom for future upgrades. I.e SLIng his GTX 770.
