GPUs draw large amounts of current in some demanding games; perhaps your PSU is not adequate....

Is your rig overclocked? The psu isn't delivering enough wattage to your system and has to cut off the power. Check out this website and see how much wattage you'll need. http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine

Try 650w if you don't want to spend a lot on it. 800 would be safe
