Yes 970 is a bit too much for the CPU. An i5 4440 with a H MoBo (or Z MoBo if you want SLI ability, not all Z support SLI) will do the trick.
my dad offers me a GPU but now i have to change my motherboard and CPU too. i will manage other components like ram or PSUs.
all i need is smooth gaming at ultra settings. u can suggest me some other GPU (future proof)

R9 280 is the least I'd look at, per your description, the 3GB VRAM is what I'm after. Also, GTx 970 is simply the best value/money right now for maxed out gaming.
And as said, list your system CPU and MoBo, maybe it's fine for the GPU.
