Hey guys
I decided to build a new pc for gaming and i cant really decide what psu should i get.

intel i5 4690
asrock z87 pro4
corsair vengeance 2x4gb
kingston ssdnow v300
~r9 270x (im not really sure but maybe i'll go with it)

So my ideas are: Corsair VS 550W , Cooler Master Elite Power Black 600W, FSP Hyper 600W

I think these are solid for power and good for my budget. But any suggestions i welcome

Solution

That will also require another cpu to update the bios. You need a chipset starting with 9 (z97 or h97) for automatic support for the 4690. Re the power supply there is no point getting a poor quality psu with a new system, cheap psus can kill your whole system, you should save up a bit longer...

Be aware that with that motherboard you will need another cpu to update the bios. There is no point getting a z87 board with a non k series chip, i would reccomend a h97 board like the Asus h97-plus or the asrock h97 performance on more of a budget.

so should i go with like an ASRock 1150 Fatal1ty H87? I know that the difference is the overclocking which i think i wont do much, but does it have less features? i cant really see less
