HI, all i just bought this

I have Biostart G-41 M7 motherboard with windows 7 64 bit installed and ,I bought the Transcend DDR2 2 GB PC RAM (JM800QLU-2G) for the slot in 2 gb but it is not working at all. When tried to boot my pc its not showing any thing on screen. But if i replace it with my old ram (Dynet 400 Mhz) its working fine.
