This one: http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Display-Graphics-02G-P4-3757-KR/dp/B00J0ISHMQ/ref=sr_1_6?srs=2529399011&ie=UTF8&qid=1413900039&sr=8-6&keywords=EVGA+gtx+750

A 750 Ti, with the highest overclock out of your list. It's an excellent GPU for the money.

I'm not sure why that regular 750 is so expensive, it's inferior to the 750 Ti even with the factory overclock.

EDIT: You could also get an R9 270X for $170 by the way, that will outperform the 750 Ti.

EDIT2: This is the card I'd pick. It has a TDP of 180w though, so make sure your PSU can handle it:

thanks man.. been a great help.. i know there are better choices, but since most of my budgets gone for the GPU, i can only afford a max. of $45(none more than that) for the PSU... and this is my only choice - any suggestions?

That's an okay PSU. It's classified as Tier 3 here on Tom's: www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html
Ideally you'd want a PSU that's at least one tier higher, but on a budget like this the one you selected will do. Just don't start overclocking with this PSU.

btw, i just checked with the customs and duties in my country - not good for the r9 270x.. u think the gtx 750ti ftw will last me for like the next 2 years and do u think that PSU can be used for maybe mild OC?

The 750 Ti is already a pretty low end GPU. If you want it to last 2 years you'll have to make some pretty serious concessions graphically.
It's not impossible, but you won't be able to play the newest, most demanding games with a reasonable framerate for the entire two years I expect.
