Thanks for your quick answer. I've bought all those parts new, But I have a problem.
My monitor says no signal (It's a LG 27MP65HQ). I think the GPU is not working. I have connected the HDMI to the GPU. The fans are spinning. I have tried a lot of things, but it is not working.
What can I do?

Did you connect the PCIe power connectors from the PSU to the card?

Yes, I have connected everything ok. How can I see if my PSU give enough power to my GPU and CPU

It is powerful enough, try seating the card again and see if you can use another connection from the card than HDMI.

It could be the HDMI cable problem as well. In order to ensure that graphics card is not the faulty one, install it in other PC and see if it gives output there. Also you may consider installing the GPU on any other PCIe slot.
