Ok so my MOBO is in my pc and I have a new case I'm looking to put the MOBO in. Do I have to take everything out of MOBO (cpu, cooler, ram, gpu,)? Or do I just have to take power supply wires out then move it to the new MOBO?

You will need to remove the GPU first, as that's screwed into the case. Same goes for HDD/ODD and PSU.

However, leaving the RAM and CPU cooler in place is fine, though you might want to replace the thermal paste depending on how long it's been since you installed it. Not a big deal though; I wouldn't worry unless it's heavily overclocked.

Paste generally does not need replacement as long as you leave it alone - the "active ingredients" in all pastes is metal, metal oxide, graphite or other powder. The "wet" stuff they get mixed in only serves to make application more convenient. You get the best thermal transfer after all the powder has compacted under the HSF pressure and all the "wet" filler has oozed out.

Where you run into issues with "dried paste" is when you knock the HSF, which may re-introduce air in the packed powder. If you have tried prying a HSF off a CPU after being attached undisturbed for a few years, you may have noticed that the vacuum bond that forms can be surprisingly strong.
