Looking for best graphics card based on following

These are the parts:-
> Intel 3.1 GHz LGA 1155 Core i5 3450 Processor
> Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard
> Antec ASK-4000B-U3 Mid Tower Cabinet
> Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU
> Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB

Please suggest the best graphics card within INR 20k (not USD).

VS is worse than CX, will it run a 270X? Yes. Will it last? Not even a year. You need to have the exact same rig as his to be sure that VS will be able to run 270X. And 970 has less TDP than 270X. VS is junk quality, and by that I seriously mean total crap of a PSU.

I live in the UK so I did a basic rate conversion of 20K rupees into GBP. It amounts to £200 give or take a few pounds. With that budget you can get any graphics card from either AMD or Nvidia. I would suggest an R9 270X(around £130) or a GTX 760 (around £150). You're gonna get quite a good performance in games. If you want to go for a higher tier card you can get the R9 280X(£180), it's a great card and you should definitely benefit from that 3GB of VRAM. You could also get the GTX 770(£220) but I think there's no need since you get the same relative performance from the 280X and still save around £40. I apologize for the currency issues, check your local or online retailers for pricing of the GPU models I mentioned. Hope I helped :)

GTX 750 Ti, 11k INR.
GTX 760, 17k INR.
R9 270X, 15k INR.
R9 280X, 21k INR.

Not to question your expertise MeteorsRaining but I respectfully disagree. Yes that power supply is in the third tier according to the list composed by Tom's Hardware however it can still run 270X with ease. I was running a 970 on a CX500 Watt which is not a good quality PSU either.

Please suggest best graphics card within 10k in case my money gets used up in something else! (festive season going on currently in India)

(keeping the same config. in mind including the Seasonic PSU)

By the way, allow me to knock on two more issues. Which 1080p monitor do I go for this rig? And UPS? How are the ones below?

It's not a bad but Dell's monitors are notoriously mediocre for gaming. They're great for 3D editing and professional applications but you 'd want to look elsewhere. Perhaps an Asus/Acer or BenQ monitor.

I don't really know anything about UPS. I guess just check the power requirements and consumption, how many outlets you need,how long do you need to run on its battery, what features you want and how good is the warranty. Hope I helped :)
