The only bottlenecks I'm seeing is that the Motherboard has a PCI-E 1.x slot, which is sub-standard for today's Graphics Cards.
I'd much more strongly recommend any Motherboard featuring a PCI-E 2.x or PCI-E 3.0 slot to get the maximum out of your Graphics Card.
If at all possible, push for 8GB of RAM. RAM is quite cheap and 8GB is a good amount to run the system efficiently while multi-tasking.
If you can spot / afford a Motherboard with Integrated Graphics you may find that they're a lifesaver if something goes temporarily wrong with your Graphics Card and you're forced to RMA it for repair / replacement.
All things worth considering.
