Best "no installing" internet

Hello, I was wondering if there is any Internet companies that doesnt require set up or people to come to my house? My step mom is set on having her 5 mps down for 30 dollars a month and will not change isp's and she were to up the speed to say 1 up and 10 down, it would be 50 a month....so im wondering if there is any solution to my problem? im not too concerned with price, i care more about reliability and efficiency. I would like to at least stream on twitch without lagging online, so at least 1 mbps up. Ive thought of those wifi cards that i believe verizon provides, but i'm pretty sure thats on a data plan and that defiantly wont work.

Any suggestions?

Any hard wired (cable, fiber) situation would involve setup or people coming to the house. Possibly DSL would not involve a set up person.
But any of those alternatives require a contract, and consent of the homeowner.

Anything non-hardwired would be wireless, which would probably involve a data plan of some sort.

Offer to pay the difference to up the speed. That would almost certainly be cheaper than any alternative.

Ya I wouldn't mind paying for the higher speed, its just to get 5 up it would cost just me 50 a month. thats not including her end. 5 up is just sad for that price, i know charter offers 12 up and 30 down for 50 a month no contract. I think USAFRet is probably right, but maybe someone else has an answer.

I did however contact verizon and they do offer kinda what im looking for, but on a data plan and im sure that it caps at 4gb.
