Hello,
This is my rig:
Intel Core i7 860@2.93GHz
GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD3L
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD5870
G.Skill Ripjaws-X 2x8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
WesternDigital 1TB
650W SeaSonic
CoolerMaster CM690
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I want to buy a ssd. I saw that it loaded the system super fast and everything is faster.
My uses are gaming and browsing, dealing with large files etc.

What's the best ssd I can get for up to 300NIS here:

Do I have where to plug it in my rig?
How do I install it with my correct HDD (everything is on it)?

Thanks.

You don't have the mount for a mSata drive. Get a standard 2.5" sata drive. It will plug into the sata port and power of your PC. As far as your choices, Crucial M500s are great drives for the money. Fast and durable. You can transfer your OS/apps to it and use your hard drive for mass storage. It will probably be best (easiest) to start with a fresh install though and move anything you need on it afterward.
