I currently have an HP 27" QHD (2560X1440) monitor running on dual GTX 680s in SLi, but nothing I run really pushes the video cards with this monitor. So, I've just had the AA pumped up to 8X in WoW and 4X in STO. I have had issues with this screen, so I've been looking at possible replacements, but nothing looked interesting enough, until recently.
Back at the end of August, Dell announced their U3415W, a 34" 3440X1440 monitor. This has be interested, but it isn't out yet. It calculates out to the same dpi as my HP, but wider.
Do you guys think dual GTX 680s would actually be taxed a little running this monitor in WoW or STO? Do you think there's a possibility that it might even need more graphics power?
