most of those threads are useless.... I didn't see one build that has a mouse, keyboard, OS, monitor.... some had one or two but none were fully complete nor left room in the budget for the parts to make it complete

looks to be pretty good as well. If he wants to save a little more money, he can probably replace the case with a cheaper one (even though the one chosen is a very fine choice). I'd also try to find a way to go up to 16 gig of memory as well in case he has intentions for the computer such as virtual machines, video editing, matlab, etc.

Everytime I get one of these suggestions I go to buy the parts and they are at way higher prices. Around 30 % higher. What the heck? I want to get these parts ordered tonight! Please help me figure this out.

Ok I ordered everything on the list but the graphics card Is not available! I don't want to wait two weeks before I can order one. So There is a card called a zotac 970 gtx Ive never heard of this brand. Is it good?
