I've seen the "behind the scenes of a processor" before but I want to know what the color and stuff means? I just can't wrap my head around it? What does each color square mean? I just don't get it? If someone can explain I would be greatfull.
Those colors are just an occurrence of the materials the processor is made of. Silicon being the major part. Not sure what chemistry they use these days.
Each shape you see is more or less a defined circuit with a specific purpose. Or the same general purpose copied many times. Here is a quick example. You aren't going to get much more detail as those are trade secrets. Block diagrams might help you make sense of it a little. (The images below don't necessarily go together)

I had trouble once understanding, so I'll try to explain it to my best of ability. Actually, forget that, you can learn a whole lot here: http://computer.howstuffworks.com/microprocessor.htm
