OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Memory: 4GB Corsair DDR2
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 5700 series
Just yesterday, the system began doing this. Rebooting has made no difference. This system has not done this before to my knowledge, but every so often, there will be about .25 to .6 seconds in which the video freezes, and any sound that was playing will skip, change halfway through, and continue skipping until the end of the occurrence. Nothing has been added or removed hardware or software wise before this happened.
