"fastest wifi dongle" is not the thing you want to look for.

Do you have an 802.11ac router?
Is this for a laptop or desktop?
What are the environmental conditions like?
How far away from the router?

ALL 802.11ac WiFi dongles will say basically the same thing.
And one that works in my house may not work well in yours.

But you will NEVER see "Wi-Fi speed of up to 867 Mbps". That is pure marketing speak.
