I made mine to fit in my case by sawing off a hard drive tray... worst case scenario, you do too!

They C70 has a 320mm maximum gpu length
The 230t has a 360mm maximum gpu length
The EVGA 970 ACX2.0 gpu is 241.3mm.

The Corsair Vengance C70 will be better for you build. More room, Much better airflow. Also it might be worth it
to go for the i7 4790k. It is a few dollars more and is clocked at 4.0 Ghz. The card will fit fine.
