most likely yes. the case is 190mm wide or about 7.4 inches. the cooler is 159mm/6.25" tall. i think you're good to go

^ yep that's right ^ i need to read more carefully. although, as its happened to me more than once, it is pretty damn common for case manufacturers to incorrectly state the size of video cards that can be installed so i would look into this a bit more.

in fact, if you do the math and consider most "decent" cases give you ~1 inch of clearance from the motherboard tray to the back panel, for cable management and such, it should definitely fit with a fraction of an inch to spare.
