In my computer I have an SSD and a Hard drive. My windows boot files are on the SSD. However when I boot my computer, it automatically goes to the hard drive, however, I went into the BIOS and changed the boot priorities so it boots to the SSD, and then save and exit. But when I next boot my computer, it goes strait back to the hard drive.
Specs:
i7 4790k @4.4GHz
Corsair H100i
8GB DDR3 Ram
MSI Z97-G45 Motherboard
AMD r9 270
500W power supply
256GB SSD
1TB Hard drive

Thank you.

If you have the option, instead of just putting the SSD as a higher priority, try disabling booting from the HDD. If that doesn't work, try swapping the SATA connections between the two drives.

How do I do this? And whenever I reboot, it deletes the saved data for the boot drives but not for the fan config? If this helps Thanks

It shouldn't be deleting the boot drive config. Also, in the BIOS, it should allow you to select boot devices. If you either click or navigate your way using the arrow keys to your hard drive (Depending on what type of bios you have) you should be able to disable booting of that hard drive. To change the sata connections round, you'll have to open the case, unplug the small cable from the SSD on the MOTHERBOARD side, then plug it in to another SATA port on the motherboard, which looks like the one you just unplugged it from.
