Motherboard Recommendation Needed

Hello fellow nerds and Geeks! :pt1cable:

I am in the market for a new motherboard and desperately need some help?
I have not been "in the game" a long time cuz everything changes so fast.

Anyway, Here is the system I have:

CPU- i7-3820 Quad core Sandy Bridge 3.6ghz
MB- Asrock X79 Extreme4 LGA 2011
PSU-Corsair HX 750
16 Gb (8 x 2) Corsair Vengeance Pro 1866MHZ
GPU- 2 EVGA GTX 760 with ACX cooling in SLI
Storage- 256gb Samsung Pro SSD
1tb WD HDD (And many USB EXT drives)
Nzxt phantom case
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
2 200MM Fans/ 3 120MM fans
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

I paid $1,400 for that and thought a great deal. All but the motherboard.. Thoughts?

ONWARD...
Recently, that machine died on me and would NOT post to screen after a reboot w/checkdisk.
Everything lit up.. fans neon all worked but, NOTHING POSTED TO SCREEN.. Doh!

I had been overclocking and fried something.. oops!
My first guess was the PSU which I just had tested today and it was fine.

NOW... I am fairly certain it is the generic ass ASrock M/b cuz the Intel LGA 2011 is a pretty solid CPU. I was running 3.6 OC'd at 4.2.. Muhahahaha

That, with both GPUs sucking up 500w and only a 750 PSU, I thought for sure it was the PSU..
Bzzt WRONG!

So.. The PSU having been tested and NOT the problem.. The M/B is what I am ready to buy and I DO NOT want a crap-ola Asrock..

What ASUS board would any recommend?
My main concern is the CPU cooler I have.. It's like big n' stuff and will there be room? LOL

I would hate to order something and it all not Jive with the goodies I have..

I can sell a kidney if need be...
Pleeeeeease HELP...
What board is it I need and want?

Deluxe has a lot more features, dual NICs, More Sata ports, higher memory frequency support. Both support three way SLI so more then enough for your cards.

I am willing to do better..
I have $500'ish I can spend.. Before I harvest a kidney that is..
Then, I will sell that one (once repaired) and then I was seriously thinking of just getting the Rampage all geek'd out.

Then moving this one I am back to the DLNA server and IP Camera system..

Any chance we can swap emails and BS a bit? I need a geek fix!

The Deluxe would be a good choice, if thinking the Black, check and see if you'll be utilizing all the features, both the Black and the Deluxe are the newer models of X79

If I can, since I plan on selling it after I get it working again and getting the Rampage system and moving this PC I am on back to a DLNA server and IP camera box.. I was wondering if THIS BOARD would fit the build?

Looks to be a nice board... Save a few bucks and WILL IT still play nice with all the parts I have?

LGA2011-3 is the X99 chipset that supports Haswell E and DDR4, it is not backwards compatible with the older LGA2011 sockets that support Ivy Bridge E and Sandy Bridge E.
