Do I need a 2 way graphics card

Solution
We can provide no accurate advice until we know what monitor resolution you intend to play at.

A single 970 is all you need for 1080p and will handle 1400p with all/most eye candy depending on the game.

Remember: depending on the manufacturer, you can gain a significant performance increase by overclocking the 970. If required, the 4790K can also be overclocked.

Well... The CPU you chose has integrated graphics, so technically you don't need any card. However, if you were to tell us what you intended on using the computer for (4k gaming? Etc) it'd be much easier to tell you whether or not you should get a dual set of 970s.

What's with all the expansion cards?

Wireless sure, though you could by a motherboard with integrated WiFi. You don't need another network interface it already has a 1Gbps Ethernet port. Sound card is somewhat redundant as well, unless you are after quality, in which case you need to spend more.

4x4GB memory kit isn't necessary. 2x8GB would be more stable and use less power. Also leaves room for expansion later.

You should buy Windows 8.1 rather then 8, basically 8 is out of support and you would have to upgrade anyway. Which means installing the OS twice essentially.

A single GTX970 will tear through any current title at 1080p, should do very well even at 1440p.

that motherboard already has a more-than-adequate sound card bulit in. i really dont think youre going to need to spend 40 bucks on a card thats probably going to be very close to the same quality in sound. extra network adapter? motherboard already has one...i too am not sure what youre going for there. wifi adapter? unless you absolutely cant reach the model/router with an ethernet cable, or plan on lugging this thing around with you.

plus, doesnt look like that case can take a 200mm fan. unless im looking at the wrong one. but thats 15 bucks for something that doesnt seem like its going to be able to be installed...
