Hi all,This is the current build I am thinking of getting, and was wondering what a good motherboard would be for this for around £80.

Also, I was wondering, would I be able to overclock with that fan.
And on top of all this, I am trying to build this as cheaply as possible, but do not want to pirate Windows. What are these refurbished versions I've heard of. Is there any difference, because they are much cheaper? And if there is a difference, what is it?
