I have that gpu(the gigabyte one). Here is what you should do:
-Use either Catalyst Control Centre(CCC) or MSI afterburner
-First do a stress test with passmark or something equivalent on stock settings, and note the temperatures and if everything is okay
-Increase core clock in 5-10 Mhz increments, then do the stress test for few minutes
-Repeat until you see some artifacts on the screen during the test(white dots, lines or any kind of distraction that wasn't there before), then revert to your last stable clock.
-Do the same with memory clock and also turn up the power limit up to +20% if needed.
-Once you encounter artifacts on both tests revert both clocks to last good settings and that's it.
-You should also do some real life testing(games) to see if your oc is stable.

Hope i helped.

what are your overclocked frequencies? Also, did you do a stress test and real world gaming test? I can't tell much by looking at a performance benchmark. As long as it is stable it should be ok.
